Job Context:
∎ Ashley Furniture looking for a talented Showroom Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The candidates will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company`s success according to trends and customer requirements. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer`s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet sales target and visit potential customers
∎ Product detailing to customers and maintain potential database
∎ Ensure 100% collection and developing sales strategies
∎ Contact and liaisons with existing customers
∎ Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints regarding products.
∎ Inform customers about discounts and special offers
∎ Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
∎ Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
∎ Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
∎ Track record of achieving sales quotas
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
∎ Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
∎ Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Salary: Negotiable
