Job Context:
∎ This is an office position for those who love interaction with people in factories and with forwarders.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with QC on Quality Inspection approval.
∎ Manage pre-booking order with forwarder with merchandisers.
∎ Verify factory invoice and packing list received from factory for internal approval.
∎ Communicate with Trade Finance team on the approved factory invoice(s) to proceed with Final Commercial invoices.
∎ Receive booking details and communicate with factory.
∎ Monitor that factory has handed over the goods to forwarder.
∎ Monitor that factory has collected FCR/BL from forwarder.
∎ Monitor and chase factory to receive the original scanned BL.
∎ Chase factory to receive original shipping documents.
∎ Collect Original Shipping Documents and file accordingly.
∎ Send by courier the Original Shipping Documents to customers as required.
∎ Inform merchandiser that Original Shipping Documents has reached the customer.
∎ Check shipping summary of exported orders every week.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Ability to analyze seasonal data.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities
