Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making a schedule for servicing to the customer.
∎ Following up with the service engineer.
∎ Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
∎ Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
∎ Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
∎ Responding to customer reviews.
∎ Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.
∎ Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings.
∎ Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
∎ Managing orders and ensuring their prompt delivery.
∎ Must know well about water purifiers
∎ Every month report should be prepared and a presentation should be given
∎ Supervise the work of all technicians.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
