Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily accounting of income, and expenses, acknowledging payment receipts, bank.
∎ Maintain and prepare all kinds of Vouchers, Bank books, Bill registers, General ledgers, etc.
∎ Monthly reconciliation with statements
∎ Maintain petty cash logs, receipts, and balances.
∎ Maintain Fixed Assets and Stationery.
∎ VAT-related Register maintenance and Return submission Local Circle.
∎ Another analytical job as and when required.
∎ Import & local bill posting related works.
∎ Prepare and update the report as per the instruction from the higher management.
