Major Job Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular performance updates to the immediate supervisor
Follow sales strategies and action plans provided by supervisors
Learn to engage with customers professionally to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
Accompany senior team members on client visits to understand customer needs, present products, and gather feedback
Join trade shows, promotional events, and roadshows to help demonstrate product features and answer basic customer questions
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, and share observations
Be open to traveling within assigned areas to support outreach efforts and strengthen brand visibility
Work closely with other departments (like marketing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
