Job Context:
∎ UPSTRA Communication Limited is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive/ Senior Executive to drive the growth and expansion of our cloud software solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in software sales and marketing, be knowledgeable about the industry and current trends, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ The ability to work offline/online, primarily using the complete marketing mix to help generate revenue to achieve the company`s objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to build executive relationships with customers, influence their long-term strategic direction & act as a trusted advisor.
∎ Can build and execute account plans, resulting in a robust pipeline.
∎ Demonstrate experience in selling cloud solutions.
∎ Has experience managing SMB and Corporate Accounts.
∎ Coming up with and executing demand-generation activities in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Able to qualify and assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Google Cloud Platform & other Google technologies' deployment, and articulate key differentiators.
∎ Can manage multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary.
∎ Work with counterparts at Google.
∎ Serve as the primary customer contact for all commercial activities.
∎ The possession of GCP sales certificates, a Google Cloud Digital Leader certificate, or the promise to obtain those on short notice.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Technical Sales, Technical Sales Engineering, etc.
∎ Understanding and mastery of the consultative sales process coupled with pre-sales design and implementation expertise in the complex.
∎ Hosting, cloud computing, and web application environments.
∎ Be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to gather needed.
∎ Information from opportunity discovery to the closing of the sale Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
∎ Proven track record in sales & marketing, preferably in the software industry.
∎ Ability to travel as required.
∎ Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
