Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop business using interpersonal relationship with the Local and Foreign buying offices and garment factories to achieve sales plan
∎ Maintain working procedures to obtain and maintain buyer nomination
∎ Get sample and submit to the buyer and ensure approval of the sample from buyer
∎ Lead a team of sales executives and to achieve sales targets
∎ Work to get order, LC collection and collect Party Acceptance (PA), needs to follow-up the PI, documentations, acceptance and payment realization in coordination of the Accounts and Commercial team
∎ Maintain all necessary records and documentation
∎ Involve and engage in projects, initiatives and events that are assigned by the Management which is necessary for the greater well-being of the organization
∎ Coordinate with the Factory and production team to get the developments in time
∎ To present products to the customers with good technical presentation
∎ To arrange product range according to the seasonal trend to promote the buyer's requirement
∎ To monitor production and deliveries are in place according to the agreed terms
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ The applicant must have at least 4 years job experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales with large garments accessories Non-Nominated market (such as Hang Tag, Price Tag, Joker Tag, Photo Inlay, Band-role, Photo Box, Printed Adhesive Sticker, Back Board, Neck Board, Collar Insert, Cascade, LDPP/LDPE Poly Bag (Recycled/Non Recycled), Woven Solid Elastics, woven Stripe Elastics, Facing Elastic, Knit Plain Elastics, Button Hole Elastic, Picot Elastic, Ribbons, Polyester Herringbone Tape, Cotton Tape, Twill Tape, webbings, Cords, Braids, Lanyards and Drawstring, Decorated taffeta broad loom woven main label, Size Labels, Fit Labels, Flag Labels, Tape, Care labels, Printed Satin labels, Paper Care /Data Variable Labels, Printed Cotton Labels, Multi Colors heat transfer labels, PU & Leather Patches, Multi color Screen Printing tapes / labels etc.)
