• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 30 to 35 years

• A minimum of 5 years in sales, specifically within the Real Estate or Developer sectors. Anything less or in a different field will not be entertained.

Innovative Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Purbachal Eastwood City (PEC), is looking for smart, energetic, and experienced professionals to fill the roles of 5 Sr. Executives (Sales) and 5 Assistant Managers (Sales) in the land development sector. The positions includes extremely attractive commissions and opportunities to build your sales career.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve personal and team land sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Be able to gain contacts and potential clients on a constant basis
• Collaborate effectively with team members to drive sales performance.
