Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct daily customer visits for site surveys, meetings, and requirement analysis.
- Deal with various types of corporate/retail customers.
- Plan, organize, and execute sales and promotional activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
· Identify potential market areas and appoint suitable dealers or retailers to expand market presence.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and quality service delivery.
- Maintain records of sales activities, market feedback, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Experience in Building Material Industries, Home Decor, or Furniture Companies.
