Achieve individual and team’s sales and revenue target monthly and yearly
Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
Visit the customers daily, do the site survey, meeting and understand their requirements
Frequently visit the Architects to build brand image and incorporate products specifications
Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market-share objectives of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans
Received customer complaints and ensured service delivery.
