∎ Minimum 2 to 4 year(s) of experience in data management and analysis
∎ Sound Working knowledge with MS-Excel/customized software environment
∎ Good analytical ability to generate formats for evaluation of sales activities

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collection and evaluation of Sales and Marketing related information using MS-Excel/customized software
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to cross-analyze performance of Sales team and Dealers
∎ Coordination with Sales Team for proper and on-time collection of data (Dealer Recruitment, Sales Recruitment, Monthly Claims, Attendance, etc.) and update them with required information time to time for achieving targets and goals of the company
∎ Prepare monthly claims of Sales Team and Dealers
∎ Maintain liaison with IT, Factory, Marketing, Distribution, Audit and Accounts department for on-time data collection and synchronization
∎ Track Active and inactive Sales team and Dealer and evaluate their performance
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management

Portfolio includes Chips, Crackers, Fried Snacks, Chocolate, Noodles, Instant Powder Drinks, etc. Currently we are looking for a dynamic, hard working and intelligent candidate for the following position-
