Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan on Market Development (Brand and Trade Marketing) Strategy to Increase Market Share and Company Profit per SBU in line with strategy and targets and within budget
∎ Analyze sales trend of company/ industry & identify new market opportunity to implement successful marketing plan that ensure the sustainable business growth
∎ Follow up and analyze competitive price, promotion, coverage and sales report
∎ Prepare annual promotional (ATL, BTL & TTL) budget, implement monthly and ensure execution on time Develop & execute effective promotional strategies (Brand, consumer and trade) to boost sales and increase customer satisfaction
∎ Maintain media relationship to supervise advertising and maintain advertising and promotional campaign
∎ Conduct market research to assess competition, explore new market opportunities and place recommendations for new products introduction or improvement of existing products
∎ Track products' movement in different regions and designing promotion to achieve company goals
∎ Train marketing and sales team to increase their knowledge regarding products, merchandising and develop their selling skills thus increase overall productivity
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management

Portfolio includes Chips, Crackers, Fried Snacks, Chocolate, Noodles, Instant Powder Drinks, etc. Currently we are looking for a dynamic, hard working and intelligent candidate for the following position-
