∎ Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
∎ Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
∎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
∎ Ensure recruitment cycle within the lead time.
∎ Maintain personal file & new worker appointment letter issues.
∎ Maintain leave record, register and leave application put up in the personal file.
∎ Maintain compliance related document.
∎ Ensure and monitor all worker appointment, ID card & uniform Issue & uses.
∎ employment status.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skill in English
∎ Advanced knowledge in MS Word
