Job Context:
∎ Reports to : Deputy Managing Director
∎ Nature : Full Time Permanent
∎ Position Summary: The position is responsible for the overall assistance to the Project leader in relation to the establishment of Digital Services platform (Card, E-Wallet, POS) of a Financial institution.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the broad spectrum of project related activities of Alternative Delivery Channel like Cards, POS, E-Wallet and other digital platforms.
∎ Assist in drafting policies, procedures in relation to the operations of Digital Financial Services.
∎ Manage meetings, appointments and important visits to the relevant parties to establish the operation of ADC.
∎ Manage the overall administrative and logistics support required to accomplish the projects under the guidance of Project lead.
∎ Visit various regulatory and commercial bodies relevant to the establishment of the Alternative Delivery Channels for the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Age: Maximum 30 years as on August 01, 2020.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel and Power point.
∎ Technology Driven
∎ Excellent writing skills.
∎ Adaptable and must be able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Keen interest on IT and digital services related projects.
∎ Soft Skill:
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Good functional skills
∎ Passionate about finance/banking industry
