∎ Strong understanding of social media ad technologies, audience targeting, and digital buying strategies.
∎ Clear knowledge of how advertising works on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and publisher websites.
∎ Fluent in both Bangla and English – written and spoken.
∎ Presentable, smart, tech-savvy, and confident in client-facing roles.
∎ Proven track record in sales lead generation and client relationship management.
∎ Must have a go-getter attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, media-driven environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive advertising sales for Kaler Kontho’s digital assets, especially social media channels (Facebook, YouTube) and the official news website.
∎ Monetize multimedia content through direct client sales, digital media agencies, and brand partnerships.
∎ Identify new leads, develop pitch strategies, and close business with corporate clients and agencies.
∎ Collaborate with the multimedia content team to align editorial and branded content opportunities.
∎ Track and analyze performance of digital ad campaigns; recommend improvements for better ROI.
∎ Provide weekly sales reports and market feedback to the GM, Chairman’s Coordination Team.
∎ Stay updated on social media monetization tools, ad formats (boosting, in-stream, pre-roll, native), and digital trends.
∎ Ensure smooth client servicing, post-sales support, and campaign follow-ups.
∎ We are seeking a smart, driven and presentable Corporate Sales Executive to spearhead social media and multimedia content ad sales for Kaler Kontho Digital. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and web-based advertising technologies, to generate revenue from dynamic news content. The selected individual will be a part of the Kaler Kontho Digital Media team and will report directly to the General Manager of the Chairman’s Coordination Team for strategic alignment.
