  • Should have sound knowledge in computer & product knowledge.
  • Crosscheck & comparison of product & Price with competitor.
  • Inform supervisor about product unavailability & shortage. Ensure product requisition for uninterrupted delivery.
  • Monitor and check those customers are properly disbursing target discount/Commission on time.
  • Coordination with Showroom Sales, Warehouse, Finance & transport to ensure uninterrupted sales.
  • Ensure outsource purchases & reconcile local payments.
  • Determine market size.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Candidates who stay at Chattogram Metro will get priority
  • Target wise sales achievement & collection.
  • Identify and accelerate new potential B2B & B2C sales.
  • Find out business potentialities.
  • New Customer registration & retention.
  • Ensure scheduled customer visit within time line.
  • Requirement wise Customer orders & delivery ensure in system.
  • Routine wise Reconciliation & reporting.
  • Sales call follow up & Cheque collection. And On-line collection confirmation.
  • Inform customer about updated information of company’s new product, campaign & Price.
  • Prepare & submit weekly/Monthly visit & sales achievement plan & report.
  • Monitor and check product return & adjustment in time.
  • Ensure invoice & Challan are send to customer on time.
  • Submit feedback & achievement of ongoing offers.
  • Balance confirmation report for the credit customer
