∎ CA (CC) will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily petty cash transactions posting in voucher (In excel & tally software).
∎ Daily cash & cheque collection entry in voucher both in excel & tally.
∎ Daily cheque deposit to bank & make all kind of bank payment.
∎ Preparing Receivable and Payable Ledger in daily basis.
∎ Prepare daily sales invoice and delivery note.
∎ Daily journal and purchase voucher entry.
∎ Daily check & follow up sales & collections.
∎ Weekly inventory FG, RM, PM, Spare parts & WIP books & rate reconcile with tally software.
∎ Prepare monthly cash receipt and payment report.
∎ Prepare account payable & account receivable on monthly basis with aging.
∎ Reconciliation of monthly bank book with bank statement.
∎ Finish goods and inventory management of factory on monthly basis.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report and sales return including damage report.
∎ Documentation and filing payment summary and petty cash book on monthly basis.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assignment by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 02 years proven work experience in Accounts department.
∎ Experience in Tally software is mandatory.
∎ Highly experienced candidates will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office.
