Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Accounting/ Finance
∎ Candidates with professional degrees will be added an advantage

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities as below but not limited to:
∎ Monitor, Analyze & control day-to-day financial transactions of cash.
∎ Preparing & disbursing payments through proper channels.
∎ Validate the authenticity of bills & supporting documents as per preset criteria.
∎ Verify vendor payment instruction & facilitate payments.
∎ Correspondence with all vendors regarding payment schedules, outstanding credits and other finance related inquiries.
∎ Record all types of Bank transaction including payment through Cheque, Sales revenue & other income & expense entry.
∎ All Rent, Service bills and other bills submitted, recorded & payment follow up.
∎ Maintain a strong accounting database such as AP & GL management, external/ internal audit, financial reporting & ratio analysis.
∎ Time to time review & monitor budget/expense to ascertain that spending occurs as planned and those variances are anticipated, noted, and corrected.
∎ Review financial contract agreements and amendments as per requirement.
∎ Develop required SOP, Policy & other necessary guidelines for smooth financial operational purposes.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Report and submit to management.
∎ Provide necessary support to Audit, Tax, VAT and other statutory activities.
∎ Conduct any other assignment to be given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Flexibility to work hard & absorb new skill.
∎ Should have previous working experience in Accounts & Finance department.
∎ Good at reporting and presentation.
∎ Work as a strategic thinker & Problem-solving skill.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships & good at teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Positive work ethics, loyalty and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Financial Audit, Accounts, Billing, Finance, Payment process, VAT and Tax
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
