Interacting with customers, Overseas agents & all service providers.
Support to sales Teams.
Prompt follow-up import operation & execution.
Documentation & invoicing.
Responding Promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and team leader as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
