• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of import procedures and documentation

AKIJ Electric & Electronics Ltd. (AEEL), a concern of Akij Venture Group, is looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive for the SCM department. The position involves handling foreign procurement, import documentation, and supplier management to support multiple ongoing and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Handle L/C processing and all related banking documentation

• Manage import documentation and ensure compliance

• Verify shipping documents and monitor shipment status

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

• Conduct supplier sourcing and maintain vendor database

• Negotiate with international suppliers for pricing and terms

• Monitor supplier payments and maintain records

• Maintain coordination with internal departments for smooth operations

• Have clear understanding of switch, socket & lighting industry products
