Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target of flat/apartment as assigned by the respective reporting person
∎ Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities
∎ Develop network in the assigned area
∎ Identify new sales opportunities and ensure sales achievement
∎ Promotional activities to enhance sales
∎ Develop relationships within existing customers and create new customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, assertive and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
∎ Must have willingness to visit market
