∎ MBA/ BBA (Marketing/Sales) from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target on time.
∎ Responsible for achieving Company's sales target set by the Management and prepare periodic statement accordingly
∎ Execute the Sales for achieving the organizational goal
∎ Establish and maintain effective business relationship with existing and potential customers to reach the given target
∎ Monitor result of the customer satisfaction sales survey and implement process strategies to continually improve customer satisfaction ratings.
∎ Maintain a customer relation policy with a customer record and follow up system and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Ensure profitability of the vehicle sales department through the sale of vehicles, financing, dealer option and accessories.
∎ Implement effective advertising and merchandising programs to increase showroom traffic and sales.
∎ Supervise the total sales system that recognize and enforces concepts leading to repeat buyers and referrals as well as includes effective prospecting demonstration, customer handling, closing and delivery programs.
∎ Keep current on new vehicle markets trend, competitive activities and pricing.
∎ Supervise the maintenance of vehicle appearance and the showroom area and departmental records (i.e. projection, schedules, daily productivity log)
∎ Always present during business hours to actively meet and greet customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ Sound Knowledge on computer application
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills and technically sound.
∎ Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply in business requirements.
