Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create new customer (Retail/Corporate/Distributor).
∎ Keep communication with customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
∎ Explain product features, characteristics and quality to the customers.
∎ Achieve assigned sales & collection target (monthly & yearly).
∎ Process customer order and prepare quotation if required.
∎ Keep record of daily sales and prepare relevant report for supervisor.
∎ Run assigned operation as per Company SOP.
∎ Ensure highest level of customer care through customer service.
∎ Ensure timely product delivery and setting at customer point through distribution channel.
∎ Others- as per business need.
