Additional Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the lubricant or battery industry
Experience in target-based sales gives preference.
The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Marketing, Sales, Customer Support /Client Service, Marketing Research, and Open Market.
Must be able to fulfill responsibilities in proper order.
Good communication & negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area (s): Motorcycle Battery, lubricant, and parts.
Responsibilities & Context:
Must be target-oriented.
Ensure the everyday sales target.
Distributor and dealer set up as required.
Daily Visit Distributors / Dealers as per the route plan & solve problems.
Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
Achieve sales target and report Daily Sales target vs achievement.
Sales promote/increase.
Ensure Secondary sales & cash sales.
Assist with Sales planning.
Forecast market demand and achieve sales target.
