Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to prepare annual draft budget & monthly MIS.
∎ Assist to prepare monthly Business Outlook
∎ Material price analysis to ensure raw and packing material price (both locally & imported) and costing to the COP.
∎ Analysis of factory expenses Analyze productivity and factory KPI
∎ Assist to prepare actual, and expected segment wise Income statement
∎ Assist department head in monitoring and controlling budget as per plan.
∎ Assist line manager in GP analysis.
∎ Prepare inventory analysis weekly.
∎ Ensure control and due diligence before commitment of Factory OPEX.
∎ Support to ensure productivity of Factory through reporting and controlling.
∎ Ensure correctness of BOM and routing for proper product costing.
∎ Analyze RM and Conversion Cost variance on monthly basis and take appropriate action.
