Job Context:
∎ Royal Enterprise is looking for dedicated and hard-working Sales and Marketing personnel to expand business across the country and have high exposure along with branding in the market. This is an entry level job opportunity with prospect of career growth within the organization.
∎ Job Location: Any Divisional District in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and Marketing of MRF Tyre, AMCO Battery & MOTUL Lubricant in the market
∎ Visit dealer points and wholesalers regularly to take order
∎ Grow new dealer points and expand business in respective area
∎ Develop relationship and provide effective after-sales service to dealers and consumers
∎ Take liability of accounts of respective dealers in area
∎ Submit monthly plan and report daily outcomes
∎ Meet monthly sales volume targets and work deadlines
∎ Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years of experience in the direct Automotive Product Sales
∎ Experience with tyre, battery and/or lubricant market is highly preferable
∎ Must have existing market knowledge and firm relationship with dealers
∎ Must have own bike with valid driving license
∎ Please do not apply if you don't have experience in Sales & Marketing

Salary:
∎ Gross Salary + Sales Incentive + TA/DA + Other Benefits (Negotiable)
