∎ This candidate should have at least 1 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ Highly Preference to sales experience on Plot
∎ Extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate present market scenario.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target & Capable to close the business deal.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must have self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Skills & Expertise: Sales and Marketing, Land Development, Property Management, Real Estate
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting.
∎ Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.
∎ Maintain good relationships with clients.
∎ Close the deal through proper documentation & registration support.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans.
∎ Find Prospective Clients by field visit.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
