∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing, telesales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Monitor the activities of competitors & report to management accordingly.
∎ Assist in sales promotion, marketing campaigns, products merchandizing etc.
∎ Should have frequent market visit tendency/ should have go-to-market approach.
∎ Distribution management, ROI calculation and maintain business relationship.
∎ Open new distribution channels for sales growth.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports to the management.
∎ Build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ Recording Client information & reporting to superior.
∎ Responsible for developing & reaching new customers and retaining old customers.
∎ Manages customer to ensure that customer needs.
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
∎ Handling customer complaints and enquiries
∎ Collecting Clients feedback and queries
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years
