Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
∎ MBA in marketing will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify key customers and extend personalized service in them.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and marketing.
∎ Plan to execute the target with estimated deadline & do necessary follow up.
∎ Review the customer requirements and make sure to meet the entire requirement.
∎ Develop potential clients & maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Creating and presenting all marketing and sales performance reports.
∎ Searching for new clients and travelling to visit potential clients
∎ Managing and interpreting client requirements
∎ Preparation of budgets and necessary documents for client support
∎ Smoothly handling any Critical Situation.
∎ Execute any other activities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 3 years (flexible in case of competent applicant)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Corporate Sales and Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate product, Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Rental Service.
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency, excellent interpersonal skill and good command over written & spoken English
∎ Must be pro-active, self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Must be punctual, smart and representable.
∎ Must be extrovert and confident enough to be able to present company profile and services.
∎ Must be a good team player and respect the chain of command.
∎ Must be able to work and maintain communication with the internal teams.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on competency.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festive Bonus after completion of probation period.
∎ Other as per company policy.
