Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and cold calls to promote fiber optic cable products.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions under supervision.
Enter and maintain client data in CRM/sales software.
Track and update order processing, payment follow-ups, and delivery schedules.
Support marketing campaigns including digital promotions, exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows.
Prepare basic reports, presentations, and sales summaries.
Provide frontline customer support and forward client feedback to the team.
Maintain proper filing of sales documents, proposals, and invoices.
Cooperate with logistics and operations for delivery coordination.
Achieve assigned sales targets under guidance from senior members.
