Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with agencies & others vendor partners.
∎ Measure & reporting against target/goal.
∎ Plan & execute all target base sales and marketing.
∎ Excellent customer service and sales skill.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Should have experience abut advertising, Promotion, Brand planning & development.
∎ Have working experience electronics company and with trading export/import on any products.
∎ Take responsibilities for business and potential customers.
∎ Establishing new business and potential customers.
∎ Maintain smooth communication with internal & external customer.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with production department to handover on-time delivery to customer.
∎ Monitor the competitors marketing strategies & develop own strategies.
∎ Analyses achievement of monthly sales.
∎ Have very polished idea about product specifications, features & usability & knowing the target group well.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 5 (five) years working experiences in related field.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills are must.
∎ Need to be proficient English.
∎ Dedication.
∎ To work under pressure and take challenge.
∎ Excellent communication skill & presentation.
∎ Knowledge about digital media.
∎ Proficiency in necessary computer application, MS Word, Excels, Power point & Internet browsing.
∎ Should have commitment to follow the organizational Aims/Goal, values and principal and policies.
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly sales target & report and submit to the concerned authority
∎ In any additional task assigned by management from time to time
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill.
∎ Salary Increment: Yearly (As per Performance).
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (yearly festival).
