Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic who has experience in Furniture Corporate Sales for a meaningful contribution to our company to reach the organization`s goal.
∎ The purpose of the position is to communicate to Local buyers, Govt. offices and others to develop business, confirming orders and selling.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensure team's monthly sales and revenue target
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales
∎ Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company's interest
∎ Keep update on market intelligence
∎ Prepare sales reports as per guideline of the department
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle and the industry
∎ Experience in a reputed home & office furniture sales company specially imported furniture.
∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
