Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure maximum number of clients to sell our products.
∎ To ensure the coverage of all products to each clients under his territory.
∎ To execute all the sales & other promotional program as and when introduce.
∎ To create make new clients with the consent of ASM & to achieve the targeted sales in every month.
∎ To maintain trade report with all the clients in his territory.
∎ To understand market needs & serve accordingly on time.
∎ To Search new sales areas/clients and depth of coverage of existing covered area.
∎ To find where there is prospect to use our products in any individual or corporate needs.
∎ To collect order from clients.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants who all have Cement Industry background will be given preference.
∎ Must have mental preparedness to work anywhere in Dhaka City.
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ In-depth knowledge and skill about Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
