Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Sales & Marketing Executive (with Data Entry responsibilities). The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, handling online sales, and supporting digital marketing activities to drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and maintain product information (title, description, price, stock, and images) on the company website and e-commerce platform (Readyhoy.com).
- Perform accurate data entry for product listings, inventory, and sales records.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for product promotions, paid campaigns, and content marketing.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages to convert into sales.
- Handle order processing, follow-ups, and provide customer service support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with data analysis.
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing strategies, and trending products.
- Work closely with the marketing team to increase sales and enhance brand value.
