Job Context:
∎ This job description outlines the duties and responsibilities of a Sales & Marketing professional. The successful candidate should be well-versed in sales and marketing techniques, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working independently.
∎ Job Location- Dhaka (Bashundhara)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare customer visit plan to generate the sales lead.
∎ Prepare the schedule of project visits for prospective customers to meet their quires.
∎ Prepare corporate sales plan and implementation accordingly.
∎ Buildup a range of network amass with different professionals and keep updating the
∎ prospective Customer Index.
∎ Generate sales leads such as architect firm and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Look after customers' quarries and develop a trustworthy relationship with customers.
∎ Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ Responsible to meet the Sales Target and Profit Target with proper planning.
∎ Rollout the marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
∎ Assisting in sales closing.
∎ Gathering information about the current market scenario/ analysis and update time to time.
∎ Working collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Supply Chain and Management
∎ Train up team members
∎ Provide one stop service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
