∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience on Sales and Marketing in Energy related product.
∎ Capable business target to achieve.
∎ Must be able to lead a team as well as meet his own Targets.
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.
∎ Increase company sales to desired level with reasonably accepted overhead expenses
∎ Make regular field visits and identify/communicate with prospected customers.
∎ Making reports and evaluate the competitor's activities in the market.
∎ Able to visit frequently factory, corporate office & new clients & Following up with regular customers for Inquires.
∎ To collect and analyze market information for the company's business expansion.
∎ Must submit daily / weekly / monthly activities report to the Manager.
∎ Provide timely feedback to the Manager regarding activities and meetings done with clients.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Creating sales opportunity and identify the target customers for selling product.
∎ Create market and achieve sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
∎ Strong marketing knowledge and business acumen.
∎ High social skill and strong communication skill.
∎ Maintain and update customer databases
∎ Search for new customers and observe competitor marketing and sales activities.
∎ Good Knowledge on Microsoft office & Mail Communication.
∎ Should be dynamic & energetic.
