Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bring sustainable sales of fish and shrimp medicines and nutritional supplements and develop up-to-date dealer insights.
∎ Prepare and submit daily sales reports and forecasts to the designated sales coordinator.
∎ Identify market gaps and convert those gaps to gems for sales.
∎ Map and engage with fish and shrimp farmers and dealers, ensuring comprehensive after-sales support for both.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing feedback related to aqua products and services.
∎ Provide detailed feedback to the sales coordinator regarding current and future market conditions.
∎ Submit monthly performance reports on aqua products sales to the Head Office.
∎ Lead marketing initiatives such as Small Group Discussions (SDGs), seminars with farmers, retailer meetings, and promotional activities.
∎ Record and report on farm trials.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of products.
