Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer handling and good communications skills.
∎ Build strong relationship with Existing & New Potential Customers by Personal sales visits.
∎ Maintain & update customer database and arrange meeting with potential customers and existing customers to update about our current promotion.
∎ Monitors, supervise and communicate with site offices.
∎ Execute all the sales and promotional activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about Real Estate land business & present market.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.
∎ Computer skills is mandatory.

Salary: Negotiable
