∎ Alal Group looking for candidate for the Sales & Marketing Executive position:
∎ Work Location: Mohakhali DOHS,Dhaka,Bangladesh
∎ Joining Date: Immediately
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of independently manage Sales & Purchase of this Company
∎ Must be knowledge about of Sales & Purchase Material.
∎ Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare budget and plan for all procurement activities.
∎ Ensure that the production is not hampered due to delay in supply of required materials.
∎ To develop new vendor or supplier directly or indirectly and maintain contact with them for smooth purchase operation.
∎ To maintain update records of purchase products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Personally visit market to judge accurate market price of materials.
∎ Conduct a market survey on a regular basis.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
∎ Visiting potential customers for new business.
∎ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience.
∎ Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest, dedicated and self-motivated.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Sales and marketing, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Computer
∎ skill, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali
∎ Have sound knowledge in both traditional.

∎ Experienced on digital marketing will be advantage.
