Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Structural Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Expert in AutoCAD and other architectural applications.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Structural Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Producing detail drawings, detailing structural systems, preparing engineering reports and calculations.
∎ Responsible for designing of all civil & structural works and good Knowledge of detailing R.C.C and steel structures
∎ Conduct regular feedback with the other team members ( project Architects, project Engineers-Electrical and mechanical & plumbing)
∎ Analysis configurations of the basic structural components of building & other structures responsible for the structural design and Full time supervision of Building Projects.
∎ In case of Structural design, considering Earthquake Resistance Design according to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), American Standard (ACI), Uniform Building Code (UBC).
∎ Ensure that all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at site.
∎ Ensure adequate material and labor for projects through coordination with supply chain team, contractors, etc
∎ Manage multiple projects through effective planning, monitoring, report of progress etc.
∎ Always follow every construction work is being executed as per approved specification and if any defect/error is detected in any construction elements shall immediately inform that to the site in charge. Ensure inventory management and control as per policies.
∎ Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in a most cost effective way.
∎ Ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for every month. Take necessary steps for designing sanitary, plumbing and electrical design for projects from reputed Firm/Company/Engineer.
∎ Check quality of construction materials, testing of materials from BUET, if necessary appropriate measure to ensure it.
∎ Extensive knowledge in conection design of Steel Structure
∎ Implementation Schedule as per targets set by Management
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Structural Engineer should be knowledge the RCC frame structure and Steel Structure Design.
∎ Structural Engineer Should knowledge the Design Software Such as Auto Cad, Etabs, SAP and Stad-pro.
∎ Experience in design and supervision of large / high rise building and other structures.
∎ Candidate should be Smart, Self-Motivated and Energetic, Good communication and interpersonal skill.
