Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Post Graduate preferably in Management Information System (MIS) or any other relevant discipline from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze sales & sales people's performance on day-to-day basis considering their respective market.
∎ To monitor and ensure sales team members' routine activities of sales such as customers' visits, tours, outdoor, etc.
∎ Prepare weekly /monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales forecast reports and Credit Report.
∎ To analyze product-wise weekly / monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales order achievement and target through proper monitoring.
∎ Prepare Dashboard based on necessary reports.
∎ To monitor the accuracy of orders, maintain up-to-date customers information and database, assist in the onboarding of new customers, documents development, etc.
∎ Cooperate and coordinate with other departments like Service, Accounts, Products and Factory Heads for all sales-related issues.
∎ Follow up & Coordinate Sales team, and interdepartmental teams.
∎ Coordinate sales meeting regional & national on Monthly/Quarterly & as per business requirement and make analysis on the output data.
∎ Process Sales Commission/Incentives on a monthly basis, Monitor sales & collection data & update on daily basis, Analyze different Sales & distribution points Performance, Collect, compile & report competitors’ info for the management.
∎ Work on assigned projects the head of sales & marketing, Point out drawbacks/inefficiencies in business operation & work on solutions
∎ Prepare necessary reports, documents & policy as per requirement of the department head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field of sales admin, sales data analysis or business development.
∎ Experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role.
∎ Strong sales administrative skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ A team leader with a high level of dedication.
∎ Strong computer skills with the ability to create spreadsheets, employ formulas, graphs, and charts. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to perform without delay and in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs.
∎ Willingness to work additional hours as approved by management and needed.
∎ Energetic, dedicated, and hardworking with team spirit and a person of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Team player and enjoy work under pressure.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
