Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure maximum number of outlets to sell products (Foam & Mattress).
∎ To ensure maximum market coverage & create new outlet with the achieve the targeted sales in every month.
∎ To understand market, need & serve accordingly on time.
∎ To search new sales areas and depth of coverage of existing covered outlet.
∎ To collect order from dealers, distributions & retailers.
∎ Should have the capability to market Analysis.
∎ Follow up with production and distribution channel for product delivery against pending order.
∎ Understand the modality and offers of any ongoing event/promotional campaign and proactively communicate to customers.
∎ Prepare quotation, process customer order, submit bill & collection.
∎ Attend corporate client and convert to actual customer.
∎ Maintain communication and well relation with existing Customer.
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly dealers/party out let visiting reports preparation.
∎ Monitoring dealer performance & Activities, Monitor monthly performance report
∎ Propose & Implement different plans for increase sales.
∎ Update overall product feedback of both own company and competitors.
∎ To maintain the daily, Monthly & quarterly sales report.
∎ Willing to visit different companies for product marketing (Inside Dhaka).
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Creative thinker, need to implement creative ideas and solutions.
∎ Applicant should be known to Product knowledge.
∎ Candidate having 1-2 years experience in the (Foam & Matters) should be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A & D/A (as per company policy)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (per yearly).
