Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Linesheet preparation - Include getting information on product material, images, product care, pricing conversion for all countries
∎ Maintenance and upload products allocation in eCommerce systems (Lazada and Zalora). Include effective content marketing for e-Commerce
∎ Manage eCommerce stocks to ensure sufficient stocks available for sale at all times
∎ Prepare market Analysis and gather market intelligence to enhance sell-out of products on E-Commerce and to reduce returns/refunds
∎ Drive eCommerce sales growth - able to hit higher sales target for Lazada (review Lazada store performance and business advisor data) and Zalora
∎ Track & review performance of online sales
∎ Assist with advertising and marketing activities, including the creation and implementation of campaigns, creation of content for social media channels (FB/IG)
∎ Attending to customers online chats in Lazada and encourage Customers Review
∎ Maintaining and Keying in sales and stock inventory of Le Reve products for all Singapore stores (retail and eCommerce) into ERP System
∎ Assist accounts team with the reconciliation of sales and inventory monthly summaries
∎ Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Proficient in MS Office & MS Excel
∎ Must be knowledgeable with CMS, SEO (keywords), Digital Marketing (social media)
∎ Able to work independently, creative, meticulous, have a positive attitude, and a dynamic team player
∎ Good Customer Services, Responsible, Proactive & Results Driven
∎ Good written and spoken English
