Job Context:
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects with sincerity, dedication and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
Look for sales chances and understand what customers need.
Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.
Maintain relationship with the customers via Facebook page messages and emails.
Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.
Maintain records and other documentation and up to date Daily and monthly reports of sales.
Quickly solve customer complaints and pass on important issues to the right staff.
Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support to customers with highest level of professionalism.
Set up positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
