  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications must. 

  • Setting a mind to listen to customer inquiries properly and provide prompt resolution.

  • Good English & Bangla Typing speed & negotiation skills is a must.

  • Must have the willingness to learn, vast communication, problem-solving nature & leadership skills.

Job Context:

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects with sincerity, dedication and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Look for sales chances and understand what customers need.

  • Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.

  • Maintain relationship with the customers via Facebook page messages and emails.

  • Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.

  • Maintain records and other documentation and up to date Daily and monthly reports of sales.

  • Quickly solve customer complaints and pass on important issues to the right staff.

  • Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support to customers with highest level of professionalism.

  • Set up positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
