Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
∎ Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
∎ Train and mentor sales associates to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge.
∎ Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
∎ Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
∎ Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and excellent customer service.
∎ Ensure that customers receive personalized attention and assistance to meet their needs and preferences.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and promote customer loyalty.
