Job Context:

∎ We are looking to hire for the position of Executive, Sales and Marketing. If you are hardworking, have the talent and ambition for a successful sales career, are confident in dealing with potential clients, willing to work hard whenever needed then you are the person we are looking for.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
∎ Studying products and services of the competitors.
∎ Ensure corporate clients visit to increase sales volume by understanding their needs & expectation.
∎ Generate Leads; Researches client base to find new types of customers and communicate with them accordingly.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment.
∎ Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
∎ Focusing on identifying customers' business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives.
∎ Negotiate properly to close the deal with better profit margins or in a win-win position.
∎ Maintain strong relations with existing clients.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans.
∎ Maintain and update customer database.
∎ Generate Daily/Monthly/half-yearly/yearly reports on market progress, credit realization, and individual customer performance.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries through social media and emails.
∎ Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
∎ Weekly Business meetings with top management and providing market feedback.
∎ Carry out other related works assigned by the department head or the management.
∎ Need to work closely and report daily to Director, Sales & Marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to sale corporate gift or promotional items in competitive price.
∎ Experience in Pharma Industry will be given preference.
∎ Ability to Meet Set Goals and Achieving Revenue Target
∎ Results Driven Attitude, Leadership Skills, Strong Customer Service Skills
∎ Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
∎ Negotiation Skill
