Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's/ Master's (BBA/MBA) from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Focus on developing dedicated sales team and relation with corporate level customers as well as retention of the existing customers.
∎ Assess customers need and react immediately.
∎ Conduct market research/survey to identify selling possibilities.
∎ Keep good trade relationships with responsible persons.
∎ Analyze and convey feedback on competitive products.
∎ Liaisons with other functional members in rolling out promotional plans and product launches.
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Willingness to work for extra hours.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving skill.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Office, Internet tools etc.).
∎ Good command on social media operation.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Advantage: Retail sales ,Customer query management, Customer relationship, Customer Support/ Client Service, Dealer development, Dealer Management, Corporate Sales Operations etc.
∎ Minimum (2-3) years sales experience in any reputed company.
∎ Should be hard working, multitasking and good at learning
∎ Able to analyze problems and provide solution
∎ Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Negotiation skill
∎ Fluency in Bengali, good understanding of English.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
