Plan and organize sales operations in assigned areas, act as a point of contact between customers and Akij Biax Films Ltd.
Ensure structured and planned market visit/sales calls to market BOPET, BOPP & CPP products
Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close sales with customers
Gather customer information to figure out the customer's needs
Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations/cost calculations
Respond to customer queries and resolve their concerns and requisitions
Collect data to understand client needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions
Develop an understanding of our BIAX products including their features
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities
Maintain sales records, including customer interactions, visits, and orders
