Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and organize sales operations in assigned areas, act as a point of contact between customers and ABFL’s business unit
∎ Ensure structured and planned market visit/sales calls to market BOPET, BOPP & CPP products
∎ Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close sales with customers
∎ Gather customer information to figure out the customer's needs
∎ Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations/cost calculations
∎ Respond to customer queries and resolve their concerns and requisitions
∎ Collect data to understand client needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions
∎ Develop an understanding of our BIAX products including their features
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitor activities
∎ Maintain sales records, including customer interactions, visits, and orders
