∎ Advanced Excel knowledge with Pivot Analysis information
∎ Sound Technical knowledge.
∎ The ability to work independently and as part of the team.
∎ This is a field role and the individual will be stationed anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
∎ Experience with sales management systems is good to have.
∎ Advanced Excel knowledge with Pivot Analysis information
∎ Sound Technical knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide day-to-day technical support to all users of digital sales management platform.
∎ Support central team in implementation of new functionalities across defined geographies.
∎ Provide on-ground support to distributors and field force to ensure right usage and zero data loss due to downtime.
∎ Execute trainings as per need of sales function, providing logistical and coordination support.
∎ Identify scope of improvement in platform through random visits and communications with field team and aligning with market reality and necessity.
∎ Report any incident that may lead to loss of efficiency.
∎ Ensuring on time, in full delivery of tasks delegated.
∎ Generate and circulate sales, campaign and any other report as per business requirement.
∎ Keep count of hardware assets deployed to field force and ensure right and timely maintenance.
∎ Any other system/platform/functional support that may be deemed necessary as per business requirement
